Our Alzheimer's residences, called Somerford Place, have their own lovely and distinctive accommodations. Our focus is to promote individuality and maximize independence for each resident. A well-trained staff, on-site around the clock, ensures that each resident receives proper care and attention. Whether residents are pursuing new interests, or participating in a favorite pastime, our staff is trained to provide the level of support that helps residents feel successful and productive.

Through our Somerford Connections™ program we provide our caregivers with the training they need to care for our residents. Residents receive the personal assistance they require with everyday tasks, like bathing, grooming, walking, dressing, and taking medications. In addition, they will have access to health care services delivered by our own onsite nurses and visiting teams of professionals.

Our personalized service plans for all residents are adjusted as needed, in partnership with their family and physician. It's an approach to assisted living and Alzheimer's care that keeps us in close touch with the needs of each of our residents and one that is most reassuring for them and their families.
